Rachel V Rosen is a seasoned DEI facilitator, practitioner, and the founder of S.P.A.R.K. She believes that everyone’s story matters and that intentional conversations are vehicles for change. With a Masters from Stanford, as well as extensive training in leadership and organizational development, Rachel’s approach is grounded in theory, practice, and a commitment to antiracism and building capacity.
